Komplett handgefertigtes Custom Bike - klassischer Cafe Racer in Reinform.

Das neue Frontend einer Honda VTR 1000, mit modernen Bremsen, verleiht der Front wesentlich mehr optisches Gewicht und Aggressivität.
Mit Stummellenkern, aufgearbeiteten Armaturen, neuen Hebel, dem kleinen Bremsflüssigkeitsbehälter und Daytona 2in1 Tacho erhält das Cockpit moderne Technologie bei klassischer Cafe Racer Optik.
Der neue Hauptscheinwerfer betont den Look von vorn zusätzlich und erzeugt ein ausgewogenes Seitenprofil.

Den Höcker mit Einzelsitz haben wir eigens angefertigt, das Rücklicht passgenau eingelassen und den Tank hinten leicht angehoben, um eine gerade Linie durch das Motorrad zu zeichnen. Die Polsterung mit braunem Echtleder in Diamond Stich und dazu passende Griffe fügen sich perfekt ein.

Das Rahmendreieck wurde komplett von Elektronik befreit - die Komponenten und Lithium-Ionen Batterie sind im Heck untergebracht.
Lackierung in Individuallack ähnlich Gulf-Blau, mit Metallic Effekt-Partikeln.
Rahmen und Felgen wurden in schwarz pulverbeschichtet, dazu Edelstahlspeichen und der Motor schwarz lackiert.

Um den offenen Luftfiltern gerecht zu werden, wurden die vier Vergaser ultraschallgereinigt, überholt und mit den passenden Düsen versehen.
Außerdem finden sich: eine 4-in-1 Auspuffanlage, neue Continental ClassicAttack Bereifung sowie Kellermann Miniblinker rundum.

Honda CB 550 Four Cafe Racer

Bespoke custom bike - a Japanese classic brought into modern cafe racer spirit.

The new front-end of a Honda VTR 1000, with modern brakes, gives the nose of the bike more optical weight and grip.
Together with the clip-ons, refurbished handlebar switches, new brake levers, small LSL brake fluid reservoir and the Daytona two-in-one speedometer the cockpit received the modern technology we were aiming for
. Furthermore, the classic headlight emphasizes the front view and stance from all viewing angles.

We made a custom seat cowl, integrated a classic round LED tail light and lifted the back of the gas tank by an inch and aligned the seat to it to create a perfectly straight and forward leaning lower tank line. The custom upholstery of the seat is a perfect match, including a beautiful diamond stitch pattern. Light brown genuine leather and a stitched logo were used by a local upholsterer. Matching the leather color are the brown rubber grips.

We managed to clean out the frame triangle completely. While we hid the electrical components under the seat, the lightweight lithium-ion battery was located under the cowl.
Individual paintwork in gulf-like blue metallic.
Frame and rims were powder-coated in black, while the wheels were laced with shiny stainless spokes and the engine repainted in matt black.

The four carbs have been ultrasonic cleaned, restored, and re-jetted with the installed pod filters.
In addition the bike got: a 4-into-1 exhaust system, new Continental ClassicAttack rubber, Kellermann micro-indicators all round.
